Terms & Conditions – FIXER sp/f

1. Definitions and Interpretation

Seller: FIXER sp/f, a film production services provider located at Dýrindalsgøta 66, 188 Hoyvík, Faroe Islands (CVR 564141), e-mail: [email protected]

Customer: The entity or individual purchasing film production services from the Seller.

Agreement: The contract formed between the Seller and the Customer upon the Customer's acceptance of the Seller's offer.

2. Scope of Services

The Seller provides tailored film production services to foreign companies.

Each offer is customized based on the Customer’s chosen services.

The Agreement becomes effective once the Customer accepts the Seller’s offer, including the specified services and pricing.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in a separate contract between the Seller and the Customer.

The Customer agrees to pay the amounts specified in the Agreement according to the outlined payment schedule.

4. Project Phases

Projects may be divided into phases, depending on the selected services.

Each phase will be clearly described in the Agreement, including deliverables and related costs.

5. Pricing and Costs

All production prices are itemized, so both parties understand what is included or excluded.

Any additional costs not covered in the initial offer will be communicated and agreed upon in writing.

6. Governing Law

This Agreement and any disputes are governed by the laws of the Faroe Islands.

7. Force Majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., strikes, wars, pandemics).

The affected party must notify the other as soon as possible and take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact.
